Sourcing services

More than inventory.

Most aviation requests do not start with a product page. They start with a problem — an aircraft that needs replacing, a panel that needs upgrading, a part nobody seems to stock. Aero Gear Hub works those requests with you and reports back honestly on what is available.

What we can take on

Aircraft sourcing

Tell us the mission, the model range you are considering and the budget you are working to. We identify aircraft that fit the requirement and bring the options back to you.

Parts sourcing

Send the component and the aircraft it belongs to. We work through what is available and confirm the applicable part against your documentation before quoting.

Aviation equipment sourcing

Headsets, avionics, radios, navigation and pilot gear — including the configuration questions that decide whether a piece of equipment actually works in your cockpit.

Aircraft purchase assistance

Help getting the first inquiries right: what to ask, which documents to request, and how to compare two aircraft that look similar on paper.

Special requests

The hard-to-find things: obsolete components, unusual fitments, one-off equipment for a specific operation. If it cannot be found, we say so rather than leaving you waiting.

Our process

Six steps, in order, every time

Nothing skips ahead. You always know which step your request is on and what happens next.

01

Requirement

You describe the aircraft, part or equipment and what it needs to do.

02

Search

We look at available inventory and the wider market for what matches.

03

Match

Options are shortlisted against your mission, fitment and budget.

04

Review

You see what we found, including what we could not verify.

05

Inquiry

A written quote or information pack for the option you want to pursue.

06

Next step

Viewing, inspection, delivery or purchase — arranged around what the request needs.

Questions

Before you send a request

Yes. Aircraft are handled as inquiries rather than online purchases — you request information on a listing and we come back with the detail, documents and pricing for that specific aircraft.
Send the model and the way you intend to use it. We will look for aircraft that fit and tell you plainly if nothing suitable is available at the moment.
Parts sourcing is a core part of what we do. Give us the component and the aircraft it fits; applicability is always confirmed against your aircraft’s documentation before a quote is issued.
Yes — the catalog shows a slice of what we handle. Special requests are welcome, including obsolete and unusual items.
You send a request, we review it and reply with the information we hold plus anything still to be confirmed. Nothing is committed until the details are in writing and you are satisfied with them.
International inquiries are welcome. Shipping, duties and any documentation requirements are quoted per request rather than promised in advance, since they depend on the item and destination.
That is how the whole site works. Use the inquiry form on the contact page and include as much detail as you have — aircraft, part, budget and timing all help.
